Texas Digital Systems Europe now has its own support, training and implementation team for customers. For you as business partner and user of our QuickCOM and VitalCAST products, this has a number of distinct benefits.

- You can now report your tickets quickly and easily at dev.txdigital.eu/support
- You can communicate with our own European support desk, in English or in Dutch. Written communication will, as usual, take place in English.
- You can contact us within your own time zone, so that service and support can be offered during your business hours, for your convenience.
- Our support desk is provided with a back-up from TDS/NCR in the U.S., therefore we can guarantee continuity of our support.
Our support desk offers assistance in all common technical and functional application questions of users. The support desk is equipped with the latest technological means by which (secure) remote-support can be given and questions and/or issues can be resolved remotely. We offer you the option to grant us access to systems remotely through the remote-support tool Teamviewer, in order to allow direct assistance from one of our support specialists.
Our support will be delivered based on four support levels.

- First level support: customer information is collected and the problem will be determined by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying issue. On average, up to 70 till 80 percent of the problems can be resolved at this level.
- Second level support: more thorough technical support, that uses advanced techniques and methods for problem analysis and problem solving
- Third and fourth level support are the highest support levels, in which the original developers of a product will be involved in order to perform a highly thorough problem analysis.
