Het was me een jaartje wel. Elk jaar opnieuw verwonder ik me in de maand december weer oprecht over de snelheid waarmee het jaar voorbij gevlogen is.
De rust is wedergekeerd: kinderen kunnen weer rustig slapen, want het Sinterklaasfeest is weer achter de rug.
Je zou visual management kunnen vergelijking met psychologische beïnvloeding.
Het blijft een heikel punt: vanuit het management betrokkenheid krijgen bij het beleid. Mensen zijn allemaal druk aan het werk, daar ligt het vaak niet aan. Maar dan wordt er nog weleens vergeten om vanuit een helicopterview naar de organisatie te kijken waarin men werkzaam is.

Visuele communicatie is niet meer weg te denken uit onze huidige maatschappij. Ook binnen social media is beeld in toenemende mate onmisbaar om mensen te raken, te overtuigen of te binden. Eigenlijk best vreemd dat dit vanuit het management nog niet de standaard is voor hun medewerkers.
